In accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1 item 3, of the Croatian Law on providing services in tourism (NN 130/17) - we would like to inform our customers that a complaint on the quality of the purchased product or service provided may be submitted in writing in our office, whereby we will, without delay, acknowledge the receipt of the complaint in writing. Inquiries and bookings for accommodation are received by e-mail or in person at the agency's office in Premantura. When booking, the guest confirms that he accepts the General Terms entirely.
