BOOKING INFORMATION

1. Please look through our website and write down the names
of the units You like or make a general request stating:
number of persons ( adults and children )
date of arrival and departure
number of bedrooms.... fill the form or write us on info@mareta-tours.hr
....and please don't forget to mention your dog, cat, parrot, bunny...

2. We will send you an offer with prices, and a link to the property's web page with pictures and more details about the property.

3. If we agree on all the details, and You's wish to make a booking - we will send You our banking account number for the advance ( approx. 20-30% of the total amount, depending on the accommodation unit and the booked period ).

The rest is paid later in our office, on your arrival.

4. After receiving the advance You will receive a formal booking confirmation ( PDF ) with all details we discussed in our e-mails.

The person that will be helping You with your booking, and answering all of your additional information – will be greeting You in person in our office in Premantura.

The owners usually pick You up at our office. In case You arrive late at night – please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements. You will then call us or the owner when You arrive.
