Additional persons: 10 € per person / night

The minimum stay during high season is usually 7 nights ( Saturday-Saturday ).

 

For staying shorter than 4 nights regardless of the period - the prices change as following:

For 1 night - an addition of 50% is paid,

2-3 nights - an addition of 25% is paid.

Included in price: residence taxes, water and electricity, bed linen, final cleaning, registration fee, Air-conditioner:,

Not included in price:  Pets: 10-15  Euro / pet / day  -  depending on the size of the dog (if allowed!)

( you need to inform us about pets prior to your arrival! )
